Si and Dave served up a summer pudding with raspberries and strawberries on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 500g strawberries, hulled and quartered, 500g raspberries, 175g caster sugar, 250ml Pimm’s, 1 large white sandwich loaf, crusts removed and cut into 16 slices then halved diagonally and 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint.
For the syrup: 250g strawberries, hulled and halved and 75g red currant jelly.
To serve: 200ml clotted cream, 200g strawberries and mint sprigs, to garnish (optional).
