Michel Roux Jr. served up a frozen souffle with raspberries, blackcurrants and strawberries on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 1kg mixed berries (e.g strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackcurrants), hulled, plus extra to decorate, 400g caster sugar, 1 lemon, juice only, 4 free-range egg whites and 80ml whipping cream.
