Dean Edwards served up gooey chocolate brownies for Father’s Day on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 50g raisins, 30ml rum (optional), 200g unsalted butter, 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa content), broken into squares, 3 eggs, 260g golden caster sugar, 120g plain flour, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, Pinch of salt, 60g mini marshmallows, 50g macadamia nuts, roughly chopped and Vanilla ice cream, to serve (optional).
