Tonia’s Greek stuffed peppers recipe on Lorraine

Tonia Buxton served up Greek stuffed peppers on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 4 large peppers, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 large onion, chopped, 50g long grain rice, 250g minced pork, 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint, 2 tbsp tbsp chopped fresh parsley, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste, 400g can plum tomatoes (or 3-4 large ripe tomatoes, finely chopped), Juice of ½ lemon, 1 tbsp olive oil, 125ml stock, Tzatziki and/or tahini to serve (optional).
