DJ BBQ served up piri-piri sauce with halloumi burger and chicken on This Morning.
The ingredients for the piri-piri sauce are: 80g butter, 1 tablespoon sunflower oil or vegetable oil, 1 large bulb garlic, sliced, 200g bacon lardons, 1-2 tablespoons dried oregano, 1 tablespoon paprika, 1 teaspoon sumac (optional), 2 teaspoon preserved lemons, chopped (optional) and 2 tablespoons ready made hot sauce (or more depending on hot you like it).
