Nisha served up a gin and tonic salmon with new potatoes on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 clove garlic, crushed, 2 juniper berries, crushed, Grated zest and juice of 1 ½ limes, 1 tbsp ground coriander, 1 tbsp chopped coriander, 5 tbsp gin, 6 tbsp tonic, Salt and pepper and 2 x 180g salmon fillets.
To serve: Boiled new potatoes tossed in butter and chives with Lemon wedge.
