Mark McGregor showed his class on Saturday night by delivering one on the best audition performances.

Twenty One year old Mark from Niddrie in Edinburgh, performed a rendition of R Kelly’s If I Could Turn Back The Hands Of Time. His performance impressed the judges so much so that Louis Walsh said:

“Some people when they walk on stage you know they have got it, and Mark you have got it,” he says following McGregor’s rendition of ‘If You Turn Back The Hands Of Time’.

Simon Cowell said: It was singers like Mark that make him keep coming back to Scotland.

Geri Halliwell said he had a lot of passion in his voice, while Cheryl Cole said he had a good tone and she liked his style.

Mark who is a personal careers coach with an employment agency in Edinburgh, said he has received nothing but support from friends and family since revealing his progress in the competition.
