Phil Vickery served up his award winning egg custard tart dessert on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 568ml whipping cream, 2 vanilla pods, split, 6 medium egg yolks, 85g caster sugar, ½ level tsp arrowroot or cornflour, 2 tsp orange flower water and 2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg.
To serve: 300g frozen fruits of the forest or similar, 100g caster sugar, A squeeze of lemon juice and Approximately 150mls cold water.
