Juliet Sear served up a show-stopping cupcake bouquet on This Morning.
The ingredients for the cupcakes (makes about 20 cupcakes): 300g salted butter, at room temperature, 300g golden caster sugar, 1.5 tsp vanilla extract6 medium eggs, beaten, 300g plain flour, 1 level tsp baking powderwhite paper muffin cases.
For the vanilla buttercream: 375g unsalted butter, at room temperature, 1 tsp vanilla bean paste, 750g white icing sugar and Food colouring of your choice – we used violet, red, pink, yellow, orange and green.
For the cupcake bouquet: About 15 – 20 cupcakes
1x 15cm diameter polystyrene ball, 1x 20cm diameter shallow bowl or flowerpot (approx), 454g white regal ice and White royal icing.
Cocktail sticks, Piping bags with star and petal nozzles.
