Mary Berry tarragon crusted sea bass recipe

Mary Berry served up tarragon crusted sea bass on Mary Berry Everyday.

Mary says: “This recipe works equally well with trout fillets or lemon sole.”

The ingredients are; 4 sea bass fillets, skin on, 40g butter, 60g panko breadcrumbs, 1 unwaxed lemon, finely grated zest, 1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon, 40g Parmesan, coarsely grated and salt and freshly ground black pepper.

For the sauce: 200g crème fraîche, dash caster sugar and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
