Nigel Slater served up a smoked mackerel coleslaw with mustard and celeriac on Nigel Slater’s Dish of the Day.
The ingredients are: smoked mackerel fillets, 1 tbsp olive oil, juice of 1/2 a lemon, 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard, 1/4 celeriac, 2 tbsp sour cream and savoury biscuits to serve.
