Nigel Slater served up a spicy and cool artichoke soup on Nigel Slater’s Dish Of The Day.

Nigel made his soup from a leftover artichoke and bean stew, adding water, BBQ chillies, mint leaves and olive oil to give the soup a burst of flavour.
