James Martin served up chicken with red wine vinegar stew (Poulet sauté au vinaigre) on James Martin’s French Adventure.

The ingredients are: olive oil, salt and pepper, fresh tomatoes, tomato puree, red wine vinegar, fresh tarragon, garlic, chicken stock, white wine, French Dijon mustard, double cream and butter.
