Adam Handling served up beef and artichokes with soured cream and garlic on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 1 leek, 1 garlic clove, crushed, 50g soured cream, approx 1 litre vegetable oil, 10 Jerusalem artichokes, roughly chopped, 150ml milk, 1 x 300g rump steak, 75g butter, 300ml beef stock and salt and freshly ground black pepper.
