Nigel Barden served up wok-cooked cod with sesame soy sauce to mark the Chinese New Year on Radio 2 Drivetime with Simon mayo.
The ingredients are: 100g dry whole wheat noodles, 4 spring onions, sliced into long strips, 1 bunch of fresh coriander, roughly chopped, 3 tbsp groundnut oil, 2 cod fillets (about 320g) skin on, washed, seasoned with salt and pepper, 4 garlic cloves, crushed and finely chopped, 2.5cm piece of fresh root ginger, peeled and finely chopped, 1 medium red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped, 4-5 tbsp light soy sauce and 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil.
