Anna Haugh served up asparagus and watercress mini tartlets on Royal Recipes with Michael Buerk.
Anna’s tarlets were inspired by those served at Prince William and Kate’s wedding where 17,000 were made.
The ingredients are: cream, watercress, Gruyere cheese, one egg, feta cheese, salt, asparagus and short crust pastry.
