Dean Edwards served up tasty spicy lamb meatballs with eggs and store cupboard ingredients on today’s episode of Lorraine.
the ingredients are: 400g lamb mince, 1 heaped tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 heaped tbsp chopped fresh dill, Salt and ground black pepper.
For the tomato sauce: Splash of oil for frying, 1 onion, very finely diced, 3 cloves garlic, crushed, 1 green pepper, deseeded and sliced, 1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced, 1 heaped tsp paprika, ½ tsp cumin, 2 x 400g cans chopped tomatoes, 200ml chicken stock, 4 eggs, 100g feta cheese, crumbled and 2 tbsp fresh chopped dill.
