Jamie Oliver served up a tasty mushroom sauce on Jamie and Jimmy’s Friday Night Feast.
The ingredients are: 20 g dried porcini, 4 cloves of garlic, 250 g mixed mushrooms, 1 sprig of fresh rosemary, 2 sprigs of fresh thyme, 500 ml crème fraîche and 50 g Parmesan cheese.
