Nisha Katona served up a tasty turkey tikka masala for the festive season on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 4 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 medium onions, diced, 2 inches ginger, peeled and grated, 2 cloves garlic, crushed, 4 heaped tbsp tomato puree, 2 tbsp garam masala, 1 tsp turmeric, ⅛ tsp chilli powder, 2 tbsp brown sugar (or to taste), 1 tsp salt (to taste), Jug of water, to loosen, Turkey leftovers, diced, 2-3 tbsp of creme fraiche and Fresh coriander leaves to garnish.
