Nadia served up a tasty glazed gammon with pomegranate, bacon and peas for the festive season using her sisters recipe on Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 2.5kg smoked gammon, with a good rind and layer of fat, 2L fresh orange juice, 12 thin slices of fresh ginger, 2cm across, 4 tsp ground allspice, 2 medium brown onions, skins on, quartered, 2 tsps molasses sugar – or dark muscovado, 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses and Seeds of ½ pomegranate.
