James Tanner served up delicious spiced lamb minced pies on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 250g lean lamb mince, 1 onion, diced, 1tbsp plain flour, 1 tbsp tomato puree, 1tsp ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp Chinese five spice, 1tsp ground cumin, 1tsp ground ginger, 120ml lamb stock, 1tsp runny honey, 40g semi dried apricots, halved, Salt and cracked black pepper, 4 large sheets of filo, 40g butter, melted, 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional) and 1 tbsp chopped coriander to garnish.
