Marcus Wareing served up a tasty hot lamb sandwich with a pea and mint salsa on MasterChef: The Professionals.
The ingredients include: Neck of lamb, flour, garlic, Rosemary, thyme, butter, malt vinegar, olive oil, rustic white bread, salt and pepper.
For the pea and mint salsa: Olive oil, shallots, frozen peas, fresh mint, chilli and malt vinegar.
