John Torode served up a delicious pear and caramel tart dessert on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 1 large ovenproof frying pan, 8 pears peeled, cut into quarters, 50g sugar, 100ml sweet Sherry or Masala, 250g caster sugar, A squirt of glucose, 1 tablespoon of water, 1 vanilla pod and 500g puff pastry rolled out a little lager than the frying pan.
