Phil Vickery served up tasty vegetarian spiced potato cakes with pepper mayo on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 1 portion base vegetarian recipe: braised spiced potatoes and spinach, 1 pack kalettes or sprouts, cooked in oiling salted water until tender and refreshed in cold water, 6-8 tbsp dried breadcrumbs, 1 egg white, 8 spicy pepperdew peppers, finely chopped, 8 tbsp mayonnaise and 8 eggs, poached (2 per person).
