Ching’s Beef noodle stir fry and Prawn pot noodle recipe on Lorraine

Ching served up two tasty noodle dishes using vermicelli rice noodles on today’s episode of Lorraine. She made a beef noodle stir fry and a prawn pot noodle dish.

The ingredients for the beef noodle stir fry are: 150g vermicelli rice noodles, dried or ready cooked, 1 tsp toasted sesame oil, 2 tsp rapeseed oil, 2 fat cloves of garlic, finely chopped, 2 red chillies, finely sliced, 2 small red onions, sliced into half moon slices, 220g sirloin steak, sliced into 1cm thick strips (seasoned with 1 pinch of sea salt and 1 pinch of ground black pepper), 1 tbsp shaosing rice wine, 1 tsp low sodium light soy sauce and 120g baby pak choy, sliced into quarters lengthways, keeping stalk intact.

For the sauce: 2 tbsp oyster sauce and Juice 2 limes.

For Garnish: Few sprigs of coriander.
