Dean Edwards served up a tasty harissa roasted chicken on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 1 tbsp harissa paste, Thumb-sized piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated, 1 tbsp olive oil, Juice 1 lime, 3 cloves garlic, crushed, 1 whole chicken 1.5 – 2kg, Handful fresh coriander and Salt and pepper.
Hassleback potatoes: 4 medium sweet potatoes, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, crushed and 1 tsp ground cumin.
Coriander yogurt: 200ml natural yogurt, ½ tsp ground cumin, Small pinch sugar and 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped.
