Nigel Barden served up a delicious gluten-free blackberry and apple bake using a recipe by Monica Galetti from her book titled – The Skills: How to become an expert chef in your own kitchen: available at Amazon – on Radio 2 Drivetime with Simon Mayo. Nigel served is tasty dessert with Italian ice cream.
The ingredients are: 200g butter, softened, 150g caster sugar, 2 pinches of ground cinnamon, 300g cooking apples, peeled, cored and thickly sliced, 150g blackberries, 2 eggs and 120g ground almonds.
