Si and Dave served up a delicious Moroccan rose and pistachio ice cream dessert on the Hairy Bikers – Chicken & Egg series.
The Bikers says: “This fragrant ice cream works just as well with or without an ice cream maker.”
The ingredients are: 200g pistachios, 600ml milk, 75g caster sugar, 6 free-range egg yolks, 300ml double cream, 1–3 tsp rose water and candied rose petals, to serve.
