Momma’s chicken a la Mexicaine 70s style by Nadia Sawalha

Nadia Sawalha served up her delicious momma’s chicken a la Mexicaine dish on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 200g long grain rice, 2 tbsp olive oil, 8 chicken thighs, 1 large onion, sliced, 125g bacon lardons, 2 cloves garlic, crushed, 14oz can tomatoes, 125ml white wine, 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped, Salt and black pepper, 225g canned sweet corn and A handful of chopped parsley.
