The Hairy Bikers served up tasty Welsh rarebit with Welsh beer on the Hairy Bikers – Chicken and Egg food show.
The bikers says: “This is a Welsh classic, perfect for lunch any day of the week. For a twist, try using cider instead of stout.”
The ingredients are: 25g butter, 1 tsp plain flour, 1 tsp mustard powder, 100ml stout, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 250g cheddar cheese, grated, 3 large egg yolks, beaten and 6 slices granary bread.
