Chetna Makan served up a tasty coriander chicken parcels and showcased her pistachio, cardamom and white chocolate cake for Foodie Thursday on Radio 2 Drivetime.
The ingredients are: plain flour, for dusting, 500g ready-rolled, puff pastry and 1 egg, beaten.
For the filling: 2 tablespoons coriander seeds, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon fenugreek seeds, 2 onions, roughly chopped, 300g boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, cut into 1cm cubes, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon ground coriander, 2 tablespoons tomato purée, 1 teaspoon garam masala and 2 tablespoons double cream.
