Miguel Barclay served up a tasty chicken katsu curry with rice for less than a pound on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 1 chicken thigh, skin and bone removed, 1 tbsp flour, 1 egg, beaten, 1 piece of stale baguette, grated (a handful), 1 cup basmati rice, 2 cups water, 1 tsp flour, 1 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp honey, 2 tsp water and 1 tsp soy.
