Cypriot chef Tonia Buxton brought along some Cyprian delights to reacquaint Paul with his Cyprian past on today’s Paul Hollywood Pies and Puds.
Tonia Buxton is not only a chef, she is a television presenter and author, and host of the Discovery Channel Travel & Living show My Greek Kitchen.

Paul and Tonia also made a raised pork and egg pie with a Cypriot twist by using Loukanika from Cyprus.
