On the fifth episode of Paul Hollywood Pies and Puds, Paul served up a delicious luxury fish pie, followed by a tasty fruit pie treat made with fruit wines from Cairn o’ Mohr winery in Perthshire.
Paul sourced is fish for the fish pie from Scotland, using the finest smoked Scottish langoustines, Salmon and Monk fish.
For the tasty fruit pies Paul was joined in his kitchen by the owners of the Cairn o’ Mohr winery, Ron and Judith Gillies, who brought with them a range of fruit wines for Paul to try.
