Michelin starred chef Nigel Haworth joined Paul Hollywood in his kitchen on episode 3 of Paul Hollywood pies and Puds, to serve up an old favourite northern meat pie.
Nigel owns a restaurant in Lancashire and he and his fellow chefs formed the North West Chefs Circle, a body determined to galvanise professionals, lecturers and students together for the greater good of the industry.
Nigel assisted by Paul cooked up a mouthwatering looking Herdwick mutton pudding with black pea and caper gravy.
