Paul Hollywood white chocolate and raspberry sourdough bread

This week on Paul Hollywood’s Bread, Paul knocked up a tasty little recipe that caught our eye, white chocolate and raspberry sourdough.

The name sounds more like the filling of a Cadbury’s Milk Chocolate than a bread, but it certainly look like a tasty treat for all the family to enjoy.

Baking Tips

Although this is a sweet dough, make sure you add salt to it otherwise the dough will not work properly.

When proving the dough in an oiled bowl, make sure it has at least double in size before use.

Use fresh Raspberries and not frozen ones because they will give off too much moisture.

If the dough is getting too wet, add a sprinkling of flour to bring it back.

To get the best finish use a basket and not a tin, because you will not get the lines on the top of the bake using a tin.
