Howard impressed with is passion fruit and rice flour signature bake.
The 51 year old ex-graphic designer, who now works for the council, was the only baker to use rice flour instead of wheat flour in the first bake off. His idea paid off massively, given the complements he received from the Bake Off judges.
Howard, who is a keen baker, said that he bakes everything from traditional comfort food to the elaborate, and likes to experiment with ingredients and flavours.
