Liam Burgess showcased his Nomnom Chocolate business on Back to the Land with Kate Humble.

The 23 year old chocolatier started his business with a £3,000 loan and now sell over 5000 bars of chocolates each week.

Liam makes his handmade chocolate varieties using Madagascan cacao and after 3 years in business, his company turns over £500,000 each year.
