Mary Berry saw her Frasier cake recipe adopted by Pippa Middlehurst to create a mango and raspberry cake, in her bid to secure victory in the final of Britain’s Best Home Cook 2018.

The 28 year old food blogger from Salford, put her own spin on Mary’s classic dessert using mango and raspberries instead of strawberries, to create a taste sensation that impressed the judges including the Queen of baking herself, Mary Berry.
