Oats porridge
Eggs
Granola
Berries (any kind)
Bacon
Yoghurt.
Lunch
Cheese
Ham
Soup
Chicken
Salad.
Dinner
Fish
Meat
Vegetables.
Gloria points out that although this eating plan works for her, we must all find one that is right for us.
