Ventriloquist Steve Hewlett was tonight unveiled as the Britain’s Got Talent wild card for 2013.
The funny man beat off strong competition from a number of other were good acts that narrowly missed out on a place in the final.
Steve got everyone laughing again when he produced the Simon Cowell poppet once again. We feel Simon will now always feature in his acts no matter where he performs. And with Sinitta in toe, it is bound to be a vote winner!
The judges were impressed once again:
David Walliams: It was fantastic and I love the scripts, they are so witty. Your ventriloquism is incredible but you’re so funny with it.
Alesha Dixon: I am so happy for you, that was hysterical. I can 100% see you at the Royal Variety Show.
Amanda Holden: I want you to now what a massively popular decision this was. You did yourself proud tonight. I couldn’t be more delighted for you?
Simon Cowell: I wasn’t sure about this decision, but I’ve changed my mind.
