Closing the second Britain’s Got Talent semi-final show tonight is the young singer Gabz Gardiner.
From her first audition we were impressed with her talents; able to play the piano so confidently, write her own material, rap and sing so well at the tender age of 14.
Tonight we were even more impressed with her performance of the self-penned track named ‘The One’. The production was given a makeover since she performed it at her audition, and it sounded much better and slicker.
The judges were all on the same page too.
David Walliams told the youngster : Simon Cowell get that song onto iTunes now, that is a number one record.
Alesha Dixon: For your age that is incredible, you have an amazing future ahead of you, well done.
Amanda Holden: That was like when Lily Allen first broke, it was amazing.
Simon Cowell added: The kids have taken over this show, they are better than the adults. I love you. I think the song’s a hit, I loved the production on it. You are a little pop star….brilliant!
