Silent magician Aaron Crow but BGT presenter Declan Donnelly in the firing line on tonight’s Britain’s Got Talent 2013 first semi-final and pulled off an amazing stunt.
During his first audition it was co presenter Ant whose life was put in danger when Crow used a Sword to cut a pineapple in half blind folded, while the pineapple was resting on Ants head.
This time it was Dec that drew the short straw to be a part of the magician’s act. Crow started by coring an apple, and then popping a ring borrowed from Amanda Holden inside. He put the apply on a platform and balanced it on Dec’s head before unveiling some intimidating looking pieces of equipment at either side of the nervous star.
He then took out a massive crossbow and shot not only directly through the apple, but also captured the ring and both ended up directly in the centre if his target board at the other side of the stage.
However, Simon Cowell was not all that impressed this time around. He said:
Do you never talk? It was good, not as good as the first audition, I didn’t like the music. Wanted you to go three or four inches below the target, would have been better for the ratings. It was good but not great.
Amanda Holden: You are like international man of mystery and I would love to see you in the final.
Alesha Dixon: Aaron I think you’re incredible. The magic and mystery is great, you could be in a movie. Women are going to love you, you’re great.
David Walliams: Aaron I think it is so brave of you to put other people’s lives in danger. We have never seen anything like it and in the final I would like to see Simon out in terrible danger.
