Ryan O’Shaughnessy almost missed out on a place in The Britain’s Got Talent semi finals this year when it was revealed that the teenager had also recently won a place on the live shows of The Voice Of Ireland and was contractually bound to Irish TV channel RTE for the next few months.
Only last week Simon Cowell was seen sending Ryan home, but hours later news broke that O’Shaughnessy had gotten out of his commitments to The Voice and would be performing on the ITV show instead.
Well, it looks as though his gamble might just be paying off as Ryan won the public vote tonight sending him through to the Live Finals on Saturday.
