Britain’s Got Talent 2011 Live Final: Michael Collings Impressed The Judges

Michael Collings delivered his rendition of Tracy Chapman’s Fast Car on tonight’s life show that struck the right notes with the judges.

 This was the song he did at his audition that got him a lot of attention in the press but although he did it well, we believe his semi final performance was much better.

This is what the judges made of his performance:

Michael McIntyre loved the look adding that the song was “brilliant, well done!”

Amanda Holden also praised the song choice and added ‘I’m thrilled that you’re here in the competition tonight.’ She said “I can see you making albums.”

Simon Cowell was hearing the song for the first time and told Michael “Tt is a brilliant song.

I also like the fact that you don’t bother thinking about things too much. That’s your appeal. It was a terrific performance.”

David HasselHoff concluded: “You are such a likeable guy. You make me smile and I wish only the best for you. We are looking at a star right now, you got it buddy.”
