Canadian star Avril Lavigne “felt judged” by the Britain’s Got Talent panel as she rocked the stage as a guest performer at the BGT third live semi-final last night.
The 26-year-old singer wowed the Britain’s Got Talent audience as she gave an energetic performance of her singles What The Hell and Smile.
Speaking after her performance, Lavigne said that the standard of this year’s competition was very high and commended the contestants for their bravery in taking to the stage.
“Everyone did a really great job. Sometimes it’s tough to get up on stage and especially having judges in from of you. Even I felt judged…..It’s a hard thing just to get up here and do it,” she said.
The singer praised all of the night’s contestants but was particularly impressed by Jay Worley and James Hobley, who she said were her favourites from the show.
