Tonight four young lads known as New Bounce secured the public vote to go through to the Britain’s Got Talent live final on Saturday.
There is no doubt that these boys have improved immensely since their audition. Their vocals were impressive on the night and their movement and overall performance worked wonderfully. Amanda said they could give JLS some competition and we are inclined to agree, but they still have a long road ahead before they reach the same level as JLS.
Joining New Bounce in the final from tonight show is the mad, bubbly and full of life, piano player Jean Martyn. Jean’s act is one of those acts you don’t really want to like, but for some reason she puts a smile on your face and you can’t help not liking her.
However, Jean made the final as a result of the judge’s vote when they had to decide between her and magicians David and Karen who also made the top 3.
David Hasselhoff, Amanda Holden and Micahel McIntyre chose to save Jean, and Simon Cowell confessed that if he had the chance, he’d have voted for her too.
On hearing the result, an exuberant Jean squealed:
“I’m over the moon!”
She added:
“ It was just wonderful performing to such a superb audience.”
New Bounce also looked elated and said:
“We are going to give it our all, everything we have got on Saturday night!”
