10 year old Chloe Hickinbottom stunned the Britain’s Got Talent judges in the first episode of the new series with her beautiful voice.
Chloe auditioned in Birmingham, performing her own version of Dame Vera Lynn’s hit ‘White Cliffs Of Dover’. She got a standing ovation from the audience and was highly praised by the judges.
Amanda Holden said: “I definitely wasn’t expecting that. You have an old-fashioned big voice.”
Piers Morgan comments: “I’ve never heard anything like that. You could be 40 or 50 years old.”
Music mogul Louis Walsh also applauds Hickinbottom, adding: “I think you could sell records.”
Louis Walsh, who stood in for a Simon Cowell at the Birmingham auditions because Simon was ill, added “I don’t know where the big voice came from. You were perfectly in tune. I think you were fantastic. You could sell records.”
