Audley Harrison has become the latest celebrity to leave Strictly Come Dancing this year.
Harrison will miss out on a place in next weekend’s Wembley Arena special, but having spent his fourth week in the bottom two, it was finally Audley’s time to leave the competition this evening.
The judges had awarded him just 20 points out of 40 – his worst score to date – for his Cha-Cha-Cha last night with professional partner Natalie Lowe.
Harrison was joined in the bottom two this evening by Anita Dobson and partner Robin.
Speaking about his highlights on the show, Harrison said: “There have been many. There have been a lot, a lot of highlights. I’ve really enjoyed myself. Imagine the first week I was 100/1 to go out, so hopefully all those people who lost money on me with the David Haye fight, hopefully they got their money back! It’s been great, I had a great time… I really enjoyed it”.
And his partner, Natalie Lowe, added: “I just want to thank all the people at home who voted, who kept us in. It’s been a great journey. Thank you!”
