The X Factor USA: The Stereo Hogzz Group Profile

stereo hogzz the x factor

The Stereo Hogzz is an R&B group from Texas who auditioned for The X Factor USA 2011.

The group consists of five young men age 24 to 25 that made it all the way to the X Factor live shows as one of the four groups selected by their mentor Paula Abdul to compete in the first X Factor live shows.

The boys went through the early stages of the competition relatively unnoticed until they came to the Judge’s Houses stage. With their talent in song and dance, they performed an original song called “Running” during their audition and did enough to impress the judging panel. But it was at Judges’ Homes that they really showcased their talents, singing the Marvin Gay classis “I Heard It Through the Grapevine”. Their rendition of the song impressed Paula Abdul and co-judge Pharrell Williams who later put them through to the live finals.

The group members are:

Justin Williams (Just’n, 15, Houston),

Kregg Gibson (KG, 20, Houston),

Jonathan Glenn (Jon Glenn, 25, Houston),

George Jenkins III (Trae Badd, 25, Houston),

 Trace Kennedey (24, Houston).
